This is the best hostel i've ever stayed at in Europe. it's right by the river and peaceful, the rooms are clean, there are closets to store your stuff inside the dorm rooms, the showers & restrooms were clean, and you can rent lockable lockers to store stuff. Although it's not too close to the tube, bus #24 (which takes you to all the tourist spots) picks up right outside the hostel. I don't know how they make money when they only charge 13 pounds for each night and provide free linens, towels, & pillows. They even provide free drinks (juice/tea/soda) at the bar, free linens, pillows & towel.
Best of all, the staff were super friendly & helpful. From the moment i arrived, i felt very welcome. I definitely enjoyed my stay and wished i could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this hostel!

Best hostel I stayed in. Freindly and helpful staff and willing to help you figure out London and the tube stations which other hostels don't do. This place was even better than the hotel I stayed in and cost me more. Mick the Manager was kind enough to fit me in for three more nights which I am eternally grateful for. The location is very good..those Barclays bike rentals and the bus stop right outside the hostel are a Godsend.

We spent 4 days in London at this hostel with a group of students. We all loved the place,it is well situated, not far from the underground, the rooms are clean,soft drinks are free,which the students really appreciated. You can have a good meal in the evening. But the best of all is the staff: nice, friendly, helpful. John drove us to hospital the day of our arrival when one of the students fell ill. Thank you again! When we come back to London we will definitely choose this hostel again.

Will definitely go back if I need to stay at hostel. Friendly stuff (John is cool, helping us with direction and place recommendation). Place is clean, bathroom is clean, and wifi plus breakfast included in the cost make the experience great.

The hostel was great, the rooms and facilities were really clean and the free breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The staff in particular Eva were really helpful and made the stay unique.
